photoEileen C. Kitces, M.D. earned her B.S. at VCU and earned her M.D. with highest honors from the Medical College of Virginia in 1976. She interned in Internal Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at MCV and was board-certified in 1982 when she went into private practice with Dr. Robinson. She is a member of many professional societies, including The American Medical Association, American Academy of Dermatology, Medical Society of Virginia, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Women’s Dermatology Society and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery. She is also active on the boards of several community organizations.

photoEdward N. Kitces, M.D., Ph.D. received his B.S. from The George Washington University in 1972 and went on to the MD/PhD program at Medical College of Virginia. Upon completing his residency, he joined the Medical College of Virginia Department of Dermatology in 1982 and is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Medical Association, Medical Society of Virginia, International Society of Cosmetic and Laser Surgeons, American Society for Laser Surgery, American Contact Dermatitis Society and The American Academy of Dermatology.

photoMelissa W. Schwarzschild, M.D., J.D., is a summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Richmond. She earned her law degree from the University of Virginia and medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia / Virginia Commonwealth University, where she was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Schwarzschild completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at MCV. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Special areas of interest include laser and dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Schwarzschild is a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, American Medical Association, Medical Society of Virginia, and Virginia State Bar.

photoVictoria L. Gross, M.D. graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College and received her M.D. from Yale University School of Medicine. Following an internship at California Pacific Medical Center she went on to complete her dermatology training and chief residency at SUNY Downstate. Prior to joining Richmond Dermatology Specialists, Victoria worked in private practice in Fairfield, CT and served as a clinical instructor at Yale. Dr. Gross is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology. Her areas of interest include skin cancer prevention and treatment, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
